friendly staff beach view harbor location

the staff was really friendly and helpful arron was especially great i got a lovely room overlooking the beach i also found the location excellent with views of the harbor seals were visible from there playing in the sea. the terrace offered an ideal spot to enjoy watching life in the harbor it was perfect.

the shower had very little power it was not ideal

charming stay with excellent service

warm greeting amazing view fresh pastries

I was greeted warmly and shown straight to my superior double room. the room was really clean and the view from the window was amazing, especially watching the boats in the harbor. the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits available.

the bathroom was a bit small, and the shower pressure was quite weak, though i managed with it.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely eager to. any requests i had were promptly addressed and the service was consistently professional. their attention to detail really stood out.

the hotel provides free wifi throughout the hotel and its signal was strong and reliable. there is also a small gym available and it includes basic equipment for a decent workout. i did appreciate having access to parking.

the hotel is situated in a great spot, right next to the harbor and several beaches! everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, and attractions included. it's a very convenient spot for exploring the area.

lovely coordinator divine food

the events coordinator, natalie, was lovely, she was professional and resourceful. the food for the wedding was divine and presentation was a highlight.

i found some areas needed a bit of attention , overall the room was clean though.

poor soundproofing slow breakfast

I had a slightly disappointing experience (it happens). the room, though decent, lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms, disruptive. also, the breakfast service was a bit slow, causing some delays in my morning schedule. i also found that the in-room safe was out of order and i couldn't store my valuables in it, didn't notify the front desk staff, but it should be checked and fixed before other guests need it.

Really good Experience at Coastal Retreat

The family room was spacious, offering plenty of room. I found a handy kitchen area very useful . The balcony provided an amazing view. It was the highlight of the room!

I noticed a few areas in the family room that required some attention. The overall cleanliness was good. a few spots were overlooked! This did not significantly impact my visit, though.

harbour view attentive waitress friendly staff small room old bed little pressure

The location was great! the views from the room were fine. I could see the harbour perfectly. breakfast was also quite good, and the waitress was very attentive to our needs. the staff were friendly, too.

The room size was smaller than i expected, a bit disappointing! the bed was quite old and seemed like it could break at any moment. the shower had very little pressure, too. It was hard to get a good wash.
